· Volkswagen (China) Sales Co., Ltd. recalled some imported Lamborghini Aventador series cars

Recently, Volkswagen (China) Sales Co., Ltd. filed a recall plan with the AQSIQ. From July 1, 2017, some imported Lamborghini Aventador cars will be recalled. According to the company's statistics, there are 350 vehicles (including stock vehicles) in mainland China. details as follows:
(1) A total of 288 vehicles imported into the 2012-2017 Lamborghini Aventador Coupe from September 7, 2011 to January 12, 2017;
(II) A total of 62 models of imported 2013-2017 Lamborghini Aventador Roaster produced between May 15, 2013 and October 22, 2016.
Some vehicles within the scope of this recall, due to the design of the fuel evaporative emission system, in the case of excessive fuel tank fueling, the fuel fluid may flow to the canister solenoid valve and affect the work of the fuel evaporative emission system, so that the fuel vapor can not be processed normally. In some cases, such as rapid acceleration at idle speed, fuel vapors may come into contact with high-temperature exhaust gas, which may cause the vehicle to catch fire and present a safety hazard.
Volkswagen (China) Sales Co., Ltd. will entrust the authorized Lamborghini brand car dealers to replace the relevant parts of the vehicle's EVAP system for free to eliminate defects.
Before the implementation of the recall work, the relevant users must be careful to drive and operate the vehicle to avoid excessive fueling and rapid acceleration during idling. Contact the dealer for repair as soon as possible after the recall has started.
