The reporter learned from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the 18th that the development goals of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” for the machine tool industry have been clarified and that high-end CNC machine tools will become the focus of future development.

According to the development goals, in the next five years, China will move forward steadily toward a powerful machine tool industry, and the industrial structure will be significantly improved. 80% of domestic machine tools will meet the needs of domestic engineering projects, and the market share of CNC machine tools will reach over 70%.

Market participants believe that with the support of the competent authorities, high-end CNC machine tools will become an important highlight of the machinery industry, and related listed companies will accelerate development.

Yin Haolin, a researcher at Galaxy Securities, pointed out that in the next five years, China will be in a critical period of replacement of manufacturing equipment. The demand for large-heavy, large-scale, high-precision, and other medium and high-end CNC machine tools will be high, due to the technical content and product units of these products. And the added value is tens or even hundreds of times higher than that of ordinary machine tools. It is expected that the continuous growth of these products will become the most important driving force of the machine tool industry.

According to the "National Medium and Long-Term Plan for Scientific and Technological Development (2006-2020)", the development of high-end CNC machine tools will be elevated to the level of national strategy. China will support domestic production by encouraging the ordering and use of domestic CNC machine tools and major projects. Machine tools, cancellation of import preferential policies and other measures to increase the market share of domestic machine tools.

Lu Houlin believes that with the support of related planning and policies, high-end CNC machine tools will become the bright spot for the development of the entire machinery industry.

Similarly, our heat exchangers are designed to remove excess heat from aircraft engines, optics, x-ray tubes, lasers, power supplies, military equipment, and many other types of equipment that require cooling beyond what air-cooled heat sinks can provide.

There are various types of heat exchangers. our heat exchangers provide air-to-liquid cooling, liquid-to-air cooling, liquid-to-liquid cooling, or air-to-air cooling. With air-to-liquid cooling, heat is transferred from the air to a liquid. One example of air-to-liquid cooling is cabinet cooling. With liquid-to-air cooling, the heat is transferred from the liquid to the air. This type of cooling is generally used to cool process fluids. Liquid-to-liquid cooling is also used to cool process fluids, but the heat is removed by another liquid instead of by air. Lastly, with air-to-air cooling, heat is transferred from one air or gas stream to another.


Types of plate heat exchangers

There are four main types of plate heat exchangers:

Gasketed plate heat exchangers use high quality gaskets and design to seal plates together and protect against leaks. Plates can easily be removed for cleaning, expansion, or replacing purposes, drastically reducing maintenance costs.
Brazed Plate heat exchangers are used in many industrial and refrigeration applications. Due to stainless steel plate composition with copper brazing, they are highly resistant to corrosion. Brazed Plate heat exchangers are efficient and compact, making them an excellent economic choice.
Welded plate heat exchangers are similar to Gasketed plate heat exchangers, but instead the plates are welded together. They are extremely durable, and are ideal for transferring fluids with high temperatures or corrosive materials. Since the plates are welded together, mechanical cleaning of plates is not an option as with Plate And Frame Heat Exchangers.
Semi-Welded plate heat exchangers feature a mixture of welded and gasketed plates. They contain pairs of two plates welded together which are then gasketed to other pairs, therefore one fluid path is welded and the other fluid path is gasketed. This results in a plate heat exchanger that is easy to service on one side and able to transfer more intense fluids on the other. Semi-Welded heat exchangers are perfect for transferring expensive materials since they have a very low risk of fluid loss.
