Yang Yusheng said that if it is an urban car, plug-in hybrid vehicles are more suitable for the people to travel, plug-in hybrid vehicles do not use oil within 50 kilometers. Yang Yusheng gave a set of data: For every 100 kilometers of this type of vehicle, the fuel-saving rate is 50%, the fuel-saving rate of 250 kilometers is 20%, and the fuel-saving rate of 500 kilometers is 10%. The conclusion is that the longer the run, the lower the fuel-saving rate, and "can only be used as an urban transport tool."

Yang Yusheng praised the increase in the number of electric vehicles and considered it the best transitional vehicle. This type of vehicle does not require a charging station. During driving, the generator and the battery are connected in parallel to drive the motor and also charge the battery, which can extend the battery life. The fuel can be saved in half, the battery usage is less than that of the pure electric vehicle, and the weight of the vehicle is lighter. The price is low.
