In order to adapt to the development of Cathay Pacific Group, the Group revised the cooperation method of engineering affiliation with customers in 2012. First, the basic principles:
1. Only develop county-level and district-level cooperation; do not register provincial, municipal, and regional levels.
2. The name of the subsidiary is: Nanjing Guotai Group XX Co., Ltd. (XX is the region name)
3. Once the registration is successful, the group companies in the region will no longer establish a second subsidiary or office. The subsidiary company's business is only for the area where the subsidiary company is located. If cross-regional needs to be reported to the group company. If you develop an area without independent subsidiaries or offices, you can directly develop your business; otherwise, you must negotiate with your local subsidiary.
4. The project affiliation cooperation client must sign a "cooperative management agreement". The cooperation status is based on the effective date of the contract. The identity of the subsidiary company is registered with the subsidiary company and takes effect on the date of the "cooperation business agreement".
Second, the basic conditions for applying for cooperation
1. Must have a good personal business reputation in the application area.
2. Understand the state of fire (civilian defense, insulation materials) industry, and be interested in long-term sales of products in the industry; and have good resources, markets and other resources in the region.

Third, Cathay Pacific support

4. Provide free relevant business information in the region.
5. Enjoy the treatment of product distributors purchased by the Group.
6. The newly registered company Cathay Pacific has only 1% of the shares and does not enjoy profit distribution.
IV. Subsidiary (applicant) obligations
1. A certain amount of margin must be paid to the group for the protection of the company’s brand image and the obligation to perform after-sales services for the subsidiary; the amount is tentatively set at RMB 10 million.
2. Subsidiaries must use the products independently produced by the group to carry out equipment sales and project bidding (except for the designated brands of the project), and the annual sale of the group's products should not be less than A million, and the performance of the subsidiaries should not be less than B million (A, B). The value is based on the situation in the area.
3. All corporate image displays such as external publicity, storefronts, and offices must be implemented in accordance with the Group's unified VI specifications.
4. The Group reviews the subsidiaries once a year. If the above three requirements cannot be met, the Group has the right to terminate the execution of the next year's contracts.
V. Signing process of cooperation agreement
1. Customers who have intentions of cooperation, first download the "Cooperation Agreement" and consult with the company based on the contents of the agreement.
2. Download the "Application Agreement for Cooperation Agreement" and fill it out as it is. After signing, fax or scan to the company's marketing department.
3. Prepare relevant documents: Copy of ID card, etc.
4. The application form and certificate are submitted to the Group Marketing Department, and the Marketing Department checks whether the Group's subsidiary requirements have been met, whether there are other subsidiaries in the region, and whether the information is accurate.
5. After reviewing and approving the report, the Marketing Director shall approve and, after approval, the marketing manager shall sign two copies of the contract (fax of the contract and the scanned copy shall be regarded as the contract, and the originals shall be mailed after the parties sign and seal).
Six, contract preservation
1. The original copy of the contract is kept in the Marketing Department of the Marketing Development Center.
2. The Sales Department and Finance Department of the Business Department shall each keep a copy of the record.
VII. Subsidiary Management and Services
1. The service management rights of the subsidiary such as daily bidding and qualification provision shall be subject to supervision and examination by the group engineering company and the marketing center.
2. The account manager of the business department assists the engineering company in purchasing, purchasing, ordering, and after-sales services for the subsidiary company's own product purchases and sales, and has the responsibility of assisting the market development.
