Remote transmission of measurement data via remote communication interface circuits (eg RS485, CAN bus).
In order to improve the reliability of the instrument, an optoelectronic isolation circuit was designed in both the data acquisition circuit and the remote transmission circuit. An independent watchdog circuit consisting of an X5045 chip was designed to achieve non-volatile storage of parameters and data. Two types of memory are used, one is the 512-byte non-volatile memory inside the X5045; the other is a non-volatile memory W24C16 that interfaces directly with the CPU. The two types of memory cooperate with each other and are equipped with software measures to realize non-volatile and highly reliable data storage.
