On October 15 , Denmark's Maersk Oil North Sea UK and Heerema Hartlepool of the Netherlands signed a contract for the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Production) of the Wellhead Platform (WHP) equipment to be deployed to the North Sea " Culzean " project . Under the contract, Heerema plans to produce WHP structural parts (Jacket and Piles) in Vlissingen , The Netherlands , and the relevant WHP structural parts will be deployed on the North Sea Culzean project. It is also planned to make Access ways and Access deck connected to the well head in Hartlepool, England . The final investment agreement (FID) of the Culzean project was signed in 2015 , and Heerema plans to deliver the relevant equipment by the second quarter of 2016 (the start of the drilling business at the Culzean project).
