Recently, China's first waste tire pyrolysis recovery production line was put into operation in Linxi County. It is reported that this production line was built by Xingtai Tianxi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. with an investment of more than 80 million yuan. It is a comprehensive utilization project of large-scale, industrial waste tyres pyrolysis recovery and recycling resources, and has passed the environmental assessment acceptance and provincial fixed assets investment projects for the record.
It is understood that this project is mainly to use environmentally friendly, energy-saving, cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancing innovations to harmlessly recycle used tires and recycle them. It has achieved thermal cracking, automatic slag removal, iron removal, impurity removal and fine grinding. The continuous processing of activation, granulation and packaging processes can process 20,000 tons of used tires, 9,000 tons of rubber softeners, 7,000 tons of rubber additives, and 2,000 tons of steel wires.
