(5) According to the characteristics of the material, the last cut off of the work remains as long as possible to reduce the effect of material deformation.

(6) Several problems with the work surface after cutting:

1 The surface of the wire is traced, which may be caused by the jitter of the wire or the deformation of the material and the improper setting of the offset.

2 The black spots on both sides of the work surface are serious and the working fluid is problematic. It is recommended to try the BM-4 Water Baseline cutting fluid.

3 After cutting the workpiece, please wash with oxalic acid in time, then rinse with water to remove oxalic acid residue. Wipe the water with a clean white cloth and apply anti-rust oil.
