Caozhuang Pumping Station Project is located at the beginning of the first-phase water supply project of the Binhai New Area in the city of South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Line. It is the largest pumping station in the city so far and bears the task of transporting raw water from the South-North Water Transfer Project to the Binhai New Area. It is planned to be implemented in two phases. The construction scale in the near future will be 400 million cubic meters of water transport capacity per year, and the annual water transfer capacity will increase to 700 million cubic meters in the long-term.

The concrete pouring of this time is the west floor of the main sub-factory of the pump station, which is 33.1 meters long, 34 meters wide and 2 meters thick. The concrete pouring volume is 2250.8 cubic meters, and the continuous pouring time is up to 20 hours. The engineering construction management unit attaches great importance to the construction of concrete for the main body of the pumping station. Starting from the first warehouse, it strictly controls all construction procedures and construction procedures in accordance with the relevant technical requirements, establishes a model for the construction of subsequent concrete pouring, lays a solid foundation, and strives to create a quality project. .

Since the commencement of construction of the Caozhuang Project on September 15, 2011, all participating units have worked together to complete the basic construction of the main and auxiliary workshops with high quality. The construction unit effectively implemented the “three-inspection system”, carefully prepared the concrete pouring scheme, completed the grounding arrangement and grounding resistance measurement in advance, and asked the safety monitoring and design unit to confirm the location of the embedded part. Supervisors and construction agencies strictly inspected concrete raw materials, rubber waterstops, and reinforced lashing connections, and put them into use after being qualified.
