According to the data, in 2012, the production and sales of passenger vehicles (whole vehicle and chassis) were 46,909 and 46,621 respectively, and the production increased by 6.92% compared with the previous period, which was a year-on-year increase of 0.08%. The sales volume increased by 17.09% compared with the previous period and increased by 2.01% over the same period of last year.
