1. Check if the power supply output voltage is normal. If not, replace the power supply.

Whether the green function line (on/off button line) is connected to the chassis (or the common terminal) for a long time. If the door shake phenomenon is inevitable, please disconnect it;
The remote control is not working?
1. Confirm that there is a battery in the remote control and the battery is fully charged. If there is any problem, please change the battery;
2, let the remote control leave the door machine far away, and then remote control;

Can the electronic lock not be locked or unlocked smoothly?
1. Confirm that the electronic lock is the same as the system setting lock. If it is different, please adjust the lock type.
2. If the door cannot be locked: if the door is not in place, please turn up the locking force of the door or turn the door buffer down or turn the door closer to the door, so that the door can be closed smoothly;
