According to the research report of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the graphene industry in our province is mainly distributed in Fuzhou, Xiamen, Quanzhou and other places; the research strength is mainly concentrated in Xiamen University, Fuzhou University, Huaqiao University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Fujian Institute of Physical Education and other universities and research institutes. At present, 77 invention patents including graphene preparation, graphene modified materials, graphene sensors, graphene electrodes, etc. have been reported and owned.

“I think there are three levels of innovation: one is the innovation of basic research in the laboratory; the other is innovation in the industrial field; the third is the collaborative innovation of the two. Currently, whether in Fujian or across the country, it is more necessary to promote It is the real combination of enterprises, scientific research institutions and university innovation teams.” Tian Zhongqun believes that it is not easy to transfer the “joining stick” associated with basic research and industrial application. “The scientific research results are truly integrated into the flow of business operations. Tian Zhongqun pointed out that graphene is not a "billion gold oil" that can be used casually in the imagination.
