This is our cloud tin machine successfully developed in the early 1960s centrifugal chute class equipment, first used in place of the automatic chute and turn YTC bed sorting tin mud, and later for sorting tungsten ore and fine mud disseminated iron ore, have achieved good results. Compared with other re-election equipment that also treats fine mud, the centrifugal concentrator has the advantages of simple structure, large processing capacity per unit area, and low recovery particle size (up to 10 μm). The disadvantages are low concentrate enrichment ratio, discontinuous operation, large water consumption, high water pressure requirements, and often need to be equipped with belt chutes and shakers as selection equipment.
Centrifugal concentrators are divided into single drums and double drums according to the number of drums. According to the taper taper, there are single taper, double taper and triple taper. The standard centrifugal concentrator structure is shown in the figure below.
