Entrusted by Hebei Science and Technology Department, the Zhangjiakou City Science and Technology Bureau invited experts from Jilin University, Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, National Engineering Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and other experts to form an appraisal committee on August 10, 2007, which was developed by Hebei Xuanhua Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. SD6G hydraulic drive bulldozer and SD7P hydraulic mechanical crawler bulldozer conducted results appraisal. The appraisal committee heard relevant reports, watched prototype demonstrations, examined production conditions, and after full discussion, it believed:
1. The two product drawings and technical documents are complete, correct and uniform, and they conform to the relevant national standards and can guide mass production.
2. Both products have been monitored by the National Construction Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. Their technical parameters and major performance indicators have met the requirements of the relevant national standards and technical design tasks.
3, SD7P bulldozer structure is novel and reasonable, dynamic performance, beautiful appearance. The use of hydraulic servo control system, three alarm electronic monitoring system, making the operation more lightweight and flexible. The product has been investigated by the Institute of Mechanical Industry Information Technology and has the following features: the tension spring box adopts high-strength welded structure, the hydraulic servo control system and the final drive gear adopt the characteristics of large gear changing technology. The product can be configured according to the user's different requirements, broadening the scope of use. The main technical performance indicators of this product have reached the international advanced level.
4, SD6G hydraulic mechanical drive crawler bulldozer This machine adopts the following new technologies: torque converter is external shunt integrated hydraulic mechanical torque converter; gearbox gear and final drive gear adopts large change technology; final drive adopts bearing travel Gap free adjustment structure; half shaft and rack cone hole new technology. The product has advanced technology, reasonable structure, and the main performance indicators have reached the international advanced level.
