On August 23, the first 100,000 air separation unit compressor group independently developed by the Shengu Group successfully tested at the Yingkou Yingkou Experimental Base. This indicates that China has become one of the world's leading suppliers in the field of supporting large-size air separation plant's key moving equipment. In December 2013, Shengu Group and Shenhua Ningmei Coal Group signed a supply contract for a “compressor set supporting 400,000 tons of coal indirect liquefaction project with 100,000 tons of air separation unitâ€. During the implementation of the project, Shengu Group broke the routine, carefully planned, focused on superior strength, worked hard day and night, broke through the conventional 14-month manufacturing cycle in one fell swoop, and created China’s first set of 100,000 sets in just 12 months. The test results show that the mechanical performance, such as mechanical vibration and bearing temperature, of the unit during the mechanical operation test is better than the API standard, reaching the international advanced level of the same class.
