The sampling method of the five elements analyzer during use is also a key step to analyze the accuracy of the test results.

Sampling methods should generally follow the following principles:

(1) Samples used for the analysis of finished chemical compositions of steel must be taken in representative locations of molten steel or steel. The sample must be uniform and fully represent the chemical composition of each steel and should have sufficient quantities.

(2) Specimens for chemical analysis can be drilled, shaved, or made with certain tools. Cutting should be crushed and mixed evenly. Do not use water, oil, or other lubricants when cutting, and remove surface oxide scale and dirt.

(3) For large-section steels, the swarf shall be drilled from the center of the cross-section of the steel to the middle of the edge parallel to the axis, or drilled from the side of the steel material perpendicular to the centerline of the shaft. At this time, the drilling depth shall reach the axis of the steel or billet. Heart.

(4) For steels with small sections, the chips shall be taken from the entire cross-section of the steel or drilled in the rolling direction from the cross-section.

(5) When there is dust or oxide on the surface, it should be cleaned accordingly.
