The two parties have set up a joint logistics office for the public railways and established three levels of communication mechanisms, namely communication at the decision-making level, communication at the execution level, and communication at the operation level, and specific cooperation methods have been formulated. In the next step, further 15 refinements will be signed between the 15 branches of the Zhengzhou Freight Group and the 161 stations of the Zhengzhou Railway Administration.
